If you don't get serious about connecting your discipleship pathway to your staff workflow, you'll have a hard time scaling.
The “discipleship pathway” is the process your church has defined to get people to your picture of Christian maturity. For PG Network churches, we use a “3E Process” for our pathway: engage, establish, and empower.
Your staff (or volunteer) workflow is a task list that is generated based on a specific ministry need or request. You can manage workflows via Planning Center, Google Docs, or other church database software.
Your partner page at pursueGOD helps you make a church-level connection between pathway and workflow. To learn more about partnering with pursueGOD, click here.
