Using the pursueGOD resources with your group (or family) works best if you connect to a TV so everyone can see videos, articles, and discussion questions. Use a TV with an HDMI input, and try one of these methods:
Option #1: Laptop (or tablet) and HDMI cable
The simplest option for many people is to connect their laptop directly to the TV using an HDMI cable. Depending on your laptop, you may need to toggle the display settings once you’re connected. If you’re using a tablet, you’ll probably need an adapter. Learn more
Option #2: Chromecast or Apple TV
If you’re really feeling saavy you can connect wirelessly to your TV using a Chromecast or Apple TV, depending on your device preference and your pocketbook ($35 and $99, respectively). These HDMI devices allow you to connect to your TV via your WiFi network.
Option #3: Smart TV
If you’ve got a Smart TV at home, you may already have the ability to connect wirelessly through your TV’s native software. Refer to the instruction manual for details.
